# TET Score: In respect of Secondary TET candidate must obtain 60% marks in each paper for UR category and 55% marks for OBC/ MOBC, SC ST (P), ST(H) and PwD category.
# MIL: No candidate is allowed to apply in the Bodo, Bengali/ Hindi / Assamese medium schools if the candidate does not have MIL in Bodo, Bengali, Hindi and Assamese respectively in the HSLC examination as the case may be. d) Formation of New youth clubs, activisation of defunct youth clubs is the major task of each volunteer.
e) Organizing NYKs regular and special programme with the help of Youth clubs.
f) Guiding and motivating youth clubs members for involving themselves in community development programmers
g) Recommending active/ dedicated members of youth clubs for NIC, Skill training, international youth exchange programme etc. to District Youth Officer.
h) To maintain records of programmers conducted by youth clubs.
i) To submit regular reports / online reports highlighting their work on regular basis.
j) Maintain liaison with development departments and youth work agencies in the block/ district.
k) To attend meetings regularly, at concerned Kendra.

Eligibility Criteria of PNRD Assam Recruitment 2021
Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian Citizen, permanent resident of Assam.
Age Relaxation: Relaxation in maximum age: SC/ST candidates- 5 Years; OBC/MOBC candidates - 3 years, PH candidates- 10 years.
Health:
Candidates should be of sound health, both mentally and physically and
performance of his duties and required to undergo medical examination
before appointment to the service.
PNRD Assam Selection Process
a) The candidates whose applications are accepted will be required to appear in a written test which will be conducted in the various selected centres in the state. The Commissioner, P&RD will intimate the name of centre in the Admission Certificate of the Written Examination.
b) The written test will be of 100 marks and will be completely OMR based. There will be 100 questions and each question will be of 1 (one) mark. There will be negative marking of 1/2 mark for each wrong answer. The questions will be set in five parts -
(i) Domain Knowledge
(ii) Computer proficiency
(iii) Logical reasoning, aptitude, comprehension
(iv) History and Culture of Assam and India and
(v) General Knowledge.
Candidates will use black ball pen to answer the OMR based answer sheet. Duration of the test will be of 2(two) hours.
c) Based on the performance of the candidates in the written Examination, merit list will be prepared category wise for each post/ position. The short-listed candidates may have to appear for Computer Proficiency Test and Personal Interview as decided by The Commissioner, P&RD. The total numbers of finally selected candidates will be equal to the numbers of the existing vacancies advertised. No waiting list will be maintained.
c) Based on the performance of the candidates in the written Examination, merit list will be prepared category wise for each post/ position. The short-listed candidates may have to appear for Computer Proficiency Test and Personal Interview as decided by The Commissioner, P&RD.
